REHEATING
Heating Instructions:
Before we tell you how to reheat your meal, we have one small request: please plate your food after warming it up.
You’re about to enjoy some exquisite, locally sourced deliciousness from a company voted Best Gourmet To Go in New Hampshire five times! Take a moment to make it feel special — put it on a plate, pour yourself a glass of wine, light a candle if you’re feeling fancy, and dig in.
Reheating Instructions
FRYING PAN***our favorite
Transfer meal to a frying pan and warm over low heat, covered, until hot
Uncover at the end if you'd like to crisp things up a bit. IMPORTANT*** All meals containing rice should be heated this way. Add a few tablespoons of water to rehydrate the rice until absorbed fully and soft.
OVEN
Transfer meal to an oven-safe dish or baking sheet.
Reheat at 375°F for 15 minutes.
TOASTER OVEN
Reheat at 375°F for 10 minutes.
AIR FRYER
Reheat at 350°F for 8–10 minutes.
MICROWAVE
Reheat on high for 2–3 minutes.
(Not our first choice… but we totally get it 😉)
Lift one corner of the plastic lid before microwaving. For lasagnas or shepherd’s pie, you may need to heat for 2 minutes, cut into smaller portions, then heat for an additional 1–2 minutes.
FAMILY MEALS
Reheat in the aluminum tray at 350°F for 15 minutes.
A Few Important (and Slightly Silly) Notes
- Please use caution when removing hot food from ovens and when immediately putting it into your mouth.
- Do not place clear plastic salad or side containers in the microwave or oven.
- Do not place black plastic containers in the oven or air fryer. They are microwave-safe, freezer-safe, 100% recyclable, and great for leftovers — but they are still plastic.
- If you’ve ever thought putting plastic in the oven was a good idea, please double-check that your smoke detectors are working.
