Our prepared meals are delivered directly to your home or workplace in the Southern NH area to make your life easier. It’s time to feel better, have more energy, lose weight and free up hours in your day by not having to cook. Our menu changes every week and is flexible. All our meals are gluten free. We use lots of nutritious vegetables (local in season, some organic), all natural meats, some healthier grains (quinoa, millet, brown rice), beans, nuts and everything else that’s good for you. We are committed to selecting all natural, best quality ingredients which provide so much flavor there’s NO need to add any sugar, cream, butter, artificial flavorings, corn syrup, extra fat and all the other add-ons found in processed, packaged food and a lot of take out. All our meals are hand crafted in a fully licensed commercial kitchen. The food is fully cooked and fresh. You can order enough for a few days, it keeps well in the fridge and we tell you which dishes it is best to eat within the next couple days and which are freezer friendly.   Crunchy strawberries! I’ve been making this almost every day, and the kids love it! Liquify a few tablespoons of unrefined coconut oil in a microwave, pour over cut up strawberries, mix and put in the fridge for a few minutes until white and crunchy, add nuts and chia seeds. Sooo good!
